Real Estate in 2008 had it's ups and downs. There was good news for the RE/MAX franchise in the Essex County, MA. They ranked #1 in sales - from 3/2/2008 to 3/1/2009 for all single family, condo, multi-family, land and commercial/industrial sales. Refer to the chart above.
